Aleksandra Boroi is a civilian medical doctor under General Victor Anderson’s command.

 

Aleks stabilized an injured and panicked Benjamin Saunders after his unexpected return. When Victor decided to disobey orders to save Ben, she questioned if it was the best way to handle the situation, and noted that Victor may be putting his own - and his family’s - lives at risk. When Victor told her she could walk away from the situation, she appeared insulted at the notion that she wanted to, and simply turned around to treat Ben anyway. She is compassionate and caring - she sat by Ben’s side before his departure, and hugged Simon goodbye, wishing them both good luck.
