Victor Anderson is a Major General in the United States Air Force and the commanding general of a USSPACECOM division.

 

When one of his engineers, Benjamin Saunders, returns unexpectedly after being supposedly KIA for months,

Victor disobeys direct orders from his superior, Lieutenant General Francis North, and sends Ben away - believing

that North and his superiors had dark intentions and would cause the death of Ben. This he does despite the risk to his own career, and although he is reminded that said risk may be even more severe, he goes through with the plan - permitting Staff Sergeant Simon Reid to accompany Ben

to safety in the company of an individual known as Ims, whom Victor appears to trust.

Victor has a daughter, Skae Anderson, and a baby grand-daughter, Selene, whom he deeply cares about. He spends most of his time at his daughter’s house entertaining his granddaughter, and gets dramatic whenever he is told to hand her back to her mother or father. Having to leave

his family and return to his own, empty home appears to greatly sadden him. When he is attacked by direwolves

sent by North’s superiors and subsequently saved by

his assistant Jules Hall and Jerrell Warden’s soldiers --
